Senior VP, Region Bank President, Wells Fargo Bank & Company
Brian Formisano is a senior vice president for Wells Fargo & Company and serves as the Nevada Southern region bank president. In this role, he leads a team of more than 1,100 branch team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and training to provide high-quality service and financial advice to customers in the region.
Formisano joined Wells Fargo in 2000 and assumed his current role in 2017. During his time at Wells Fargo, he has served in a variety of positions including teller, licensed personal banker, branch manager, district manager, area president and region bank president of South New Jersey before being named to his current position in Nevada.
Active in the community, Formisano provided leadership expertise to organizations such as Junior Achievement, Safe Community Coalition, Rolling Harvest, United Way of Bucks County and Bucks County Opportunity Council as well as the Academy of Finance. He has also served on the board of the Latino Student Fund Foundation in Washington D.C. as well as Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
In addition, at Wells Fargo, Formisano has served as the Chapter Chair for the Greater Washington DC chapter of Latin Connection as well as the Chapter Sponsor for the Las Vegas chapter of PRIDE. Most recently, he was the Diversity & Inclusion Liaison for the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware market where he coordinated all-region level efforts related to Diversity & Inclusion.
Formisano holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and an MBA from Texas A&M.
