2022 Action Plan
LVGEA released the Action Plan for 2022 that champions a prosperous, diverse, and more connected regional economy.
With an overall goal of facilitating economic growth in the region, this plan will continue to guide the organization’s efforts to strengthen and diversify the region through 2022.
The Action Plan is the product of an iterative process between LVGEA’s staff, the Strategic Planning Committee, and the LVGEA 50. It was developed to complement Southern Nevada’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), the region’s only U.S. Economic Development Administration-approved strategy for economic development.

In collaboration with SRI International, a nonprofit research institute, Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) released an updated Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the region.
This Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) presents a new plan for regional economic development in Southern Nevada. The CEDS provides essential guidance to regional leaders across industry, government, nonprofits, and educational institutions in framing their deliberations on the activities that have strategic economic value for the region. It was developed with broad community participation, which was essential for developing a shared vision and set of goals for Southern Nevada.
