Glenn Christenson earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Wittenberg University and earned his MBA in finance from Ohio State University. In addition to his advocacy work, Glenn has had an extensive career. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was previously a director of First American Financial Corporation and Nevada Community Bank. Later he became a partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) from 1983 to 1989. From then until 2007, he held various top positions- including director, CFO, chief administration officer, executive vice president, and other management roles- at Station Casinos. And since 2004, Glenn has been managing director of Velstand Investments, LLC. Throughout the years, he has served in leadership for many various civic organizations like Kiwanis, Kidney Foundation, Nevada School of the Arts, Leadership Las Vegas, American Heart Association, the Boulder Dam Area Council of the Boy Scouts, and more. He also served as chairman of the Nevada Development Authority from 2009 to 2013, and continues to sit on the board of directors for the LVGEA.
